  • Try to arrive at the boarding point at least 15-30 minutes before the departure time and use the live bus tracking feature so that you don’t miss the bus.
  • Carry a valid photo ID proof such as Aadhar card, passport, or driver's license, as it may be required during ticket verification.
  • Check the luggage policies set by the bus operator and carry accordingly to avoid excess baggage charges or inconvenience to other passengers.
  • Listen to the instructions given by the bus staff regarding boarding and safety protocols, and cooperate with them at all times.
  • Avoid crowding near the entrance or exit of the bus and maintain a safe distance from other passengers.
  • Carry essential items such as water, snacks, medications, and other travel-related things to keep yourself comfortable during the journey.
  • To travel to/from the boarding/dropping points, you can buy metro tickets or book an auto on the redBus app. Metro ticket booking is currently available only in Chennai & Kochi, and auto booking is available only in Bangalore.
